Audit
As a member of the Hungarian Chamber Association, we provide audit and advisory services. Most of our Clients are Hungarian registered companies with International founders, who have -mainly -two different type of requirements:
- Conducting the audit in accordance with the National Audit Standards and about applicable law and regulations in Hungary,
- Preparation of audit reports according to IFRS or GAAP standards,
We also provide other type of audit services:
- We issue audit reports on special reports prepared into the shareholders or to the management on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis using the Client's reporting format,
- We prepare any other financial and accounting reports which are requested by our Clients (limited reviews),
- -We prepare due diligence reports
